We aim to make the payment process as smooth and convenient as possible. The payment options available may vary depending on your location and the nature of your order.
International Orders
Due to current platform limitations, direct credit and debit card payments may not be available for some international customers.
At present, international customers may complete their purchases through:

Customers in Brunei may choose from a range of payment options, including:

Bespoke Orders
Bespoke creations require a 50% deposit to secure the commission and commence the design and creation process.

The remaining balance is payable upon completion and prior to collection or delivery of the finished piece.

As bespoke pieces are personalised and made specifically for each client, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Payment Verification
For payments made via bank transfer, customers may be asked to provide proof of payment to facilitate order processing.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully verified.
Payment Security
YKS Crafts Paradise does not store customers' payment information. Payments are processed through the respective payment providers or banking institutions selected during the transaction.
