1. How do I make sure my order will fit me?

3. May I visit your studio?

Yes, but please make an appointment before coming by. We do not entertain walk-ins.

4. How do I make my payment?

We have a variety of payment options. You may view the details here.

5. Do you provide delivery?

We provide shipping through postal services, or you may collect your order yourself, or arrange for a runner to pick it up. You may find out more about your options here.

6. How much do you charge for shipping / postage?

We will be using postal service rates. Please refer here for the pricing.

7. Does your jewellery come with a warranty?

Yes, you may learn more about our warranty conditions here.

8. I just received my order, but it doesn’t fit!

Please ensure that you follow our sizing guide here before placing an order with us. If your jewellery does not fit, please contact us.

9. I would like to have my jewellery resized.

Please bring your jewellery to our studio for a resizing. (There might be a slight difference in price for extended bracelets and necklaces). 

If you are an international buyer, please contact us to discuss your options.

10. Why did my jewellery change colours?

It is common for silver jewellery to oxidise. We provide polishing services at our studio, for a small fee.

11. How do I clean my jewellery?

All of our products come with a cleaning cloth. You may refer here for more information about caring for your jewellery.

12. May I make a return or refund?

No, YKS Crafts Paradise does not accept returns or refunds.
