Ready-to-Ship Orders
Ready-to-ship items are typically prepared and dispatched within 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Customers choosing self-collection will be notified once their order is ready for pickup.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Made-to-order pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted upon order. Please allow approximately 2–6 weeks for creation before shipment or collection.

As each piece is individually made, creation times may vary depending on the design complexity and current order volume. We appreciate your patience as we create something meaningful especially for you.
Bespoke Creations
Bespoke pieces are highly personalised and timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design and materials required.

An estimated completion timeline will be discussed during the consultation process. We will keep you informed throughout the journey of creating your piece.
Collection & Delivery Options
Self Collection (Brunei)
Customers may choose to collect their orders free of charge once they receive a notification that their order is ready. Collection details will be shared prior to pickup.
Runner Delivery
Runner delivery is available upon request. Delivery charges typically range from BND 10–15, depending on location and availability.
Postal Delivery (Brunei)
Shipping fees follow PosBru's prevailing rates:

BND 3.00 for parcels up to 2 kg

BND 1.00 for every additional kilogram

An additional BND 1.00 applies for inter-district deliveries
International Shipping
We offer international shipping for customers worldwide. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped through trusted shipping partners.
