Transfer Charges
Any charges imposed by the sending bank or intermediary institutions are the responsibility of the customer.
Bespoke Orders
Bespoke creations require a 50% deposit to secure the commission and commence the design and creation process.

The remaining balance, together with any applicable shipping charges, is payable upon completion and prior to dispatch.

As bespoke pieces are personalised and made specifically for each client, deposits become non-refundable once work has commenced.
Payment Verification
After completing your payment, please send your proof of payment together with your order number or name to facilitate order processing.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully verified.
